Pastor Naing Oo’s Situation

You are probably aware that Pastor Naing Oo, one our former students, was sentenced to eight years in prison, being accused of transporting drugs. Not surprisingly, Myanmar requires the families and friends of prisoners to provide money for their food and medication.  Julie & Steven told us that it costs about $50 USD per month for Naing Oo.  Julie conveyed the following message about Naing Oo:

Hi Don,

We have given all the love gift you sent for Naing Oo. Naing Oo send his thanks to all of you and always confess that he cant imagine the faithfulness and the love of God for sending him such a wonderful family who stand by him when he needed the most. Naing Oo is doing well and sharing about the love of God whenever he as a chance. Thank you!
